The Center for Student Leadership is committed to the preparing students to become successful leaders, engaged citizens and lifelong learners. The programs that operate out of the center strives to develop well-rounded students, by supplementing their academic experiences.

The programs and offices found within the center enrich students college experience by providing student-oriented opportunities that promote diverse learning, exploration, and campus involvement. These opportunities include Student Clubs and Organizations, Student Government (ASLCS), Newspaper - The Pathfinder, Radio Station - LCWR, Warrior Entertainment Board, and the Student Employment and Career Center.

LC Work Scholars provides access to higher education through work-based learning opportunities. Students offset their need to rely on student loans by earning financial assistance (scholarship and stipend) while gaining valuable on-the-job experience, offering a pathway to employment after graduation.
