March Leadership Micro-Challenge

Rather than attending a workshop or training, leadership micro-challenges allow you to practice leadership skills in real-life situations you already encounter in class, at work, and across campus.

Register for this event to submit your reflection. Then this event will be counted toward your Leadership Micro-Credential!

This month's challenge:
Identify one thing that needs to be done and do it without being asked.

For example:
- Step in to solve a small problem before it becomes a big one
- Take initiative on something you normally wouldn’t claim
- Support a teammate or group by filling a gap
- Move a project forward when momentum is low
